When a family is already overwhelmed and exhausted, having to visit multiple therapists to support a child can be just one more thing that may tip a neurospicy family’s time management and financial resources to breaking point. Not to mention that finding and then accessing a practitioner well-versed in neurodivergence, specifically giftedness and twice-exceptionality, can be like trying to find a needle in a haystack!
As such, this course aims to support you from the comfort of your couch. It will provide you with the knowledge and tools to be able to better understand, communicate with, and provide effective intervention for your child that you are able to utilise on a daily basis.
We know that you are the expert when it comes to your child, as such, this course aims to walk alongside you on your journey while offering the support required to help your family thrive.
Each week there will be a one hour presentation by Kate, followed by a 30 minute Q&A session to workshop any difficulties you may be experiencing with your child or adolescent, whether at school or at home. Recordings of each session will be made available to you at the end of the course.
