Professional Supervision
Dr. Kate Aster is the Clinical Director of Alchemy Therapy and is available to provide supervision in the areas of neurodivergence, C-PTSD, dissociative disorders, family violence, and co-ercive control.
Kate is also the previous Chair of Complex Trauma WA (COTWA), a Director of the Australian Association for the Education of the Gifted and Talented (AAEGT), and the founder of Gifted WA and My Neurodivergent Child. With over two decades of experience spanning academia and clinical practice involving researching and working with clients with complex presentations, Kate is known for her practical, compassionate approach and deep understanding of the complexities surrounding C-PTSD and neurodivergence.
Kate’s work has been featured in The Guardian, ABC, SBS and other national media.

Allied Health Professional Supervision
Kate offers professional supervision to allied health professionals, providing a supportive and structured space to reflect on practice, develop clinical skills, and deepen understanding of complex client presentations. She is a PACFA-registered supervisor and an ACA-accredited supervisor, bringing years of experience working with clients with diverse and challenging needs.
Group Supervision
- Groups of 4–6 participants
- $120 per person
- Focused, interactive sessions designed to encourage discussion, reflection, and practical application

We provide supervision with a particular emphasis on:
- Neurodivergence, including autism, ADHD, giftedness and twice-exceptionality
- Family and domestic violence and co-ercive control
- Understanding narcissistic personality disorder and narcissistic abuse
- Complex trauma and dissociative disorders
