DESCRIPTION: \nUntangling learning difficulties in gifted kids is often a complex task. This seminar explores the various disorders that can impact learning\, the diagnostic process in gifted kids\, and practical ideas to help. \nSessions will be based at West Perth Medical Centre and led by Dr. Kate Burton. Kate’s research and practice explore the intersection between education\, and social and emotional wellbeing. She has a particular interest in students with diverse learning needs\, specifically gifted and creative children and adolescents.
